July 18, 2007 - Jang Mi's Birthday Party

G-Star's Jang Mi celebrated her birthday with their fans at a Chinese restaurant. 30 lucky fans were able to get closer to G-Star personally.

This is the first time she celebrated her birthday with their fans so this birthday will be the most meaningful birthday celebration to her.

In addition, TVXQ sent her a video message and her brother, Yunho promised to give her a big/expensive present when they meet.

According to SBS, SBS new drama, Mackerel Run has cast Jang Mi as the lead female. She will act alongside Lee Min Ho.
Jang Mi will start filming on April 22.

April 2, 2007 - G-Star first fan meeting

G-Star held their first fan meeting at Lotte World and was approximated almost 500 fans had attended. However, less then 150 fans got to meet and got their signatures. G-Star however performed Shee, Get Up and My Tears before thanking the fans and left.

February 24, 2007 - G-Star at TVXQ's concert

After the dance intro, G-Star performed Shee and Get Up. After that, they had a duet with DBSK with My Tears.

At the encore, G-Star wore DBSK chibi  shirts.

Jang Mi wore Yunho's, Sang Hee wore Jaejoong's, Sung Yeon wore Yoochun's, Hye Jin wore Junsu's and Young Mi wore Changmin's.

SM revealed that the five member of G-Star will attend TVXQ's The 2nd Asia Tour Concert - "O" in South Korea on February 23, 24 and 25.

January 24, 2007 - Jung Jang Mi is U-Know Yunho's sister?

I had read some rumors about DBSK's U-Know Yunho's sister debuting. Since in G-Star, the only member with surname Jung is Jung Jang Mi, netizens has speculated that she is the sister of Yunho. SM haven't released much information regarding them, so we just have to wait for it.

January 24, 2007 - G-Star's Shee Music Video Release

SM has released G-Star's Shee music video this morning. Netizens are anticipating for the debut but can't help t notice the similarity of G-Star with CSJH The Grace.

A representative from SM stated, "CSJH has their own identity while G-Star has just begun to build one. G-Star is composed by girls with different appeals and each of the member has their own concept. Even when they are singing and dancing a sexy dance song, the member that is in charge with cutesy concept can still give a cutesy appeal without ruining G-Star's image. We hope you will look forward for their debut as they had been training for an average 5 years."
