SM had revealed that G-Star will have their first sub-unit group, Twins. Twins consists of member Jang Mi and Hye Jin and they will promote in China while the other members promote in Japan and Korea.
Twins is said to be active only in China and neither in Korea nor Japan.
Twins first full length album, "DNA" will be released today.
Twins focused on dancing and also fun music which they can never have this type of concept when they are in G-Star.

In addition, G-Star's sub-unit that will promote in Japan was announce to make their debut on April 15. Sakura consists of leader Young Mi, Sungyeon and Japanese member Sizuka. The trio debut song was rumored to be titled, Sakura Story.
Meanwhile, member Sang Hee is promoting alone in Korea and is a permanent guest in Star King. She is also a co-DJ in Shimshim Tapa alongside Super Junior's Shindong starting today.
